Full description
The examiner demonstrates the appropriate technique for the external rotation lag sign on the patient’s right shoulder. The patient is seated on the examiner’s table with the right shoulder adducted and the elbow at 90 degrees of flexion. The examiner places the patient’s right shoulder in maximal external rotation and asks the patient to maintain maximal external rotation.
